Pioneer Trails RV Park is open year-round and located just outside the beautiful coastal community of Anacortes, Washington. Positioned midway between Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, BC, Canada, we are just 15 minutes from I-5 with easy access to Deception Pass, Whidbey Island and the San Juan Islands.
Our park offers everything you could want in a pleasurable stay. Enjoy the tranquility, our meticulously landscaped grounds, tennis/pickleball court and fitness center. You will appreciate the level of care given to our property. Our park is quiet, peaceful, and heavily wooded with firs, cedars and pines. The Washington State Ferry Anacortes Terminal which services the San Juan Islands as well as Vancouver Island, Canada, the tulip fields of Mount Vernon, and Whidbey Island NAS, Shell and BP refineries are only 15 minutes away.

RV Park Rules
RV age restrictions on longer term stays. RV must be 10 years or newer or approved by Management.
CAMPGROUND SPEED LIMIT IS 5MPH. We believe camping is for families and there are a lot of children in the campground, so please watch out for their safety.
All campers must register at office upon arrival or before 10:00am the following morning
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. Visitors must depart by 10:00pm
Do not park or ride bikes on the grass
Restroom facilities are for the convenience of paid campers. Do your best to leave them as you found them. No washing dishes in the restroom
There is a strict limit of 2 vehicles in your site. Visitors must park in designated parking areas and walk to your site. No parking in vacant campsites.
You are responsible for any damage to the campground, including water and pedestals, etc.
We cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Campfires are to remain in fire pits. Extinguish fires whenever leaving site. Do not leave fires unattended. Do not through cigarette butts or other items in firepits.
Washing vehicles is not permitted
Pets are allowed as long as they are not a restricted breed and:
Kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and attached to a human
Picked up after by you
Not left unattended
Not an annoyance to other campers
TREES: Help us protect our trees! Do NOT hang anything from, nail anything to, cut or climb our trees
DO NOT COLLECT FIREWOOD
Smoking is not allowed in ANY of the buildings, cabins, restrooms or coach house
Absolutely no firearms or fireworks on campground property.
There is no refund for early departure.
Alcohol must be kept at your site.
Please respect the boundaries of the campground and our neighbors – use roads and walkways – do not cut through other campsites.
