Standard/Supersite

  • Weekdays: $65/70 (plus tax)
    Weekends/Holidays $70/$80 (plus tax)
  • Weekly: $300/320 + electric (plus tax) - 2 week minimum
  • Monthly: $875/$975 + electric - 3 month minimum, otherwise weekly rate
    • Full Hookup – Water/Sewer/Electric
    • RV rates are based on 2 adults, 2 children (under 16),  and 2 vehicles.  (pets are an additional charge)

EXTRA VEHICLES/TRAILERS:  

** Please note – Extra vehicles (more than 2) and  ancillary trailers are not allowed in campsites and must be parked in overflow parking.  This includes, but is not limited to:  tow car trailers, boats/boat trailers and motorcycle trailers.

Cabins

Small/Large

  • Daily: $65/$75 (plus tax)
  • Small cabins, 1 room, sleeps 2 with full-size bed (small cabins used are an add on charge to RV sites B-1 & D-14 site fees)
  • Large cabins, 2 rooms, sleep 4 with full-size bed and a set of bunk beds (Large Cabins used are an add on charge to RV sites D-11, D-12 & D-13 site fees)
    • Electricity/Microwave/Refrigerator/Heat
    • No water or linens provided in cabins
    • No pets, 2 vehicle max
    • Cabins are optional use on full hookup RV sites with fee

Pioneer Trails reserves the right to change site assignment, if necessary.

Deposits

One night deposit for nightly reservations – (Refundable minus $10 cancellation fee with 15 day (or more) notice. No Refunds if cancelled within 14 days of arrival

$200 is required for all monthly reservations (Refundable minus $10 cancellation fee with 30 day (or more) notice. No refunds if cancelled within 30 days of arrival

No Refunds Given for Early Departure.
